How much effort are you putting into keeping and growing the value of your customers?

  • Are you retaining your customers every year?
  • Are you retaining the right customers every year?
  • Are your customers spending more with you every year? Or are they starting to spend with your competitors?
  • Are your customers satisfied with your business?
  • Have you asked your customers what they want and need from you? What they’d love from you?
  • If customers are leaving, why are they leaving.
